The Programme
The Career-Building Elements connect you, alongside your studies, with other female STEM enthusiasts and partners from tomorrow’s workforce. The programme provides space for personal and professional development and prepares you for the smoothest job entry possible.
The German-language programme consists of three modules: Inner Career, Outer Career, and Networking. The Inner Career module focuses on your motivation and drive. Outer Career offers insights into new technology and the job market through excursions. Networking is integrated throughout the curriculum, enabling you to build a personal and beneficial network.
The modules take place over the course of a year at three in-person schools hosted by partner companies.

Who can apply?
Career-Building Elements is aimed at all female students in STEM faculties at our partner universities who are enrolled for the entire programme duration. Students can participate starting from the 3rd semester of their Bachelor’s degree, as well as Master’s and Diploma students.
We recognize that the binary concept of woman and man does not reflect the reality of all people’s lives. Therefore, our commitment is directed towards all individuals who identify as women as well as non-binary persons.
