Our Career-Building Programme is the key to preparing you for the workplace of tomorrow. Here’s what you need to know:

In three schools, you will collaborate with 50 like-minded STEM students to explore current trends in project work and develop your soft skills, such as creativity, intrapreneurship, and cross-cultural collaboration in a practical setting. In our Innovation Lab, you will work alongside industry and research partners to create forward-thinking solutions for future challenges.
Through our network of partner companies, you will gain access to attractive entry opportunities, whether it’s an internship, thesis project, direct employment, or a traineeship. In interactive workshops, you’ll be able to identify your strengths, bolster your self-worth, and refine your goals and vision, enabling you to become a shaper of the future. Who can apply?

The Career-Building Programme aims at female students from partnering universities studying in STEM faculties. You should be in the master’s or diploma programme (no doctorate degree) about 1.5 years before graduation. All scholarship holders must be enrolled at one of the partner universities for the duration of the Career Building Programme. English skills have to be at level B2. as well as German skills at A2.

During the application period, you can apply for our new Class 45 through our campus portal. The next application phase starts on October 16th and ends on November 5th, 2023. Please check your availability for the School dates in advance.
